About The Position

TBK Bank Entertainment Center is looking for exceptional candidates with a passion for food to join our 5 Star team! As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards, ensuring that our customers receive delicious and high-quality meals. This position will be scheduled Thursday through Sunday, 25-30 hours a week.

Requirements

Proven experience as a cook in a casual dining restaurant
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Culinary degree or certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts
Follow recipes and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
Ensure that all food is cooked and served at the correct temperature
Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations
Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are completed in a timely manner
