Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Lime
$104,000 - $155,000Remote

About The Position

As the largest global shared micromobility business, Lime is on a mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable and carbon-free. A Time Magazine 100 Most Influential Company, Lime has powered more than one billion rides in close to 30 countries across five continents, spurring a new generation of clean alternatives to car ownership. Learn more at li.me. We are looking for a highly quantitative, strategic, and execution-oriented Growth Optimization - Lifecycle Marketing Manager to scale our rider and user retention ecosystem. This is not your typical high-level marketing role — it lives at the intersection of marketing analytics, data science, and user experience design. In this role, you will be the absolute owner of our lifecycle ecosystem. You are someone who has deep marketing chops but thinks in data schemas, algorithmic allocation, and user states. You are equally comfortable sitting in strategic alignment meetings with executive stakeholders as you are writing HTML templates, configuring webhooks in Braze, and evaluating the reward functions of machine learning models. You look at our CRM not just as a messaging channel, but as a dynamic product feature powered by predictive analytics. This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in the United States to maintain effective collaboration across teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of dedicated lifecycle or growth marketing experience in a fast-paced B2C environment (on-demand services, micromobility, marketplace, or mobile-first apps highly preferred).
  • Strong conceptual and practical comfort with data science methodologies. You should understand the mechanics of exploration vs. exploitation in Multi-Armed Bandits, clustering algorithms (e.g., k-means), and how to measure statistical significance across rolling algorithmic tests.
  • Deep, hands-on technical proficiency with enterprise CRM engines (Braze experience is strongly preferred, including familiarity with Liquid personalization, Canvas, API triggers, and Connected Content).
  • Strong marketing instincts (compelling positioning, user psychology, messaging hierarchies) paired with an analytical mind that lives for conversion rate metrics, cohort retention drops, and user lifetime value (LTV).
  • Strong background in marketing analytics. High proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker) and strong spreadsheet modeling skills.
  • Experience navigating and managing JIRA-style ticketing frameworks to keep cross-functional dependencies aligned across Product, Data Science, and Creative teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort with SQL is a significant advantage to pull your own datasets and validate raw data streams.
  • 5+ years of dedicated lifecycle or growth marketing experience in a fast-paced B2C environment (on-demand services, micromobility, marketplace, or mobile-first apps highly preferred).
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Operations Research, Business, Economics or related field
  • CRM Expertise, preferably in Braze
  • SQL, Python skills

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single source of truth and ultimate driver for lifecycle campaigns — architecting the cross-channel strategy based on macro business goals, building out the complex workflows inside Braze, and owning the final data science analytics.
  • Design, execute, and measure sophisticated Multi-Armed Bandit (MAB) experiments to dynamically optimize content, send-times, and offer allocations based on real-time user feedback loops.
  • Partner with Data Science to leverage behavioral clustering and advanced segmentation models (e.g., RFM, predictive churn, lifetime value modeling) to deliver hyper-personalized user journeys at scale.
  • Design, build, test, and relentlessly iterate on core behavioral flows including user onboarding, activation, churn prevention, and dormancy recovery.
  • Approach CRM with a product-management mindset. Think through custom attributes, event nesting, data infrastructure, and user journey edge-cases to ensure our marketing systems scale elegantly alongside our engineering stack.
  • Efficiently manage technical project workflows (JIRA ticket structures, asset pipelines, localization coordination) without losing sight of the macro strategic vision. You can run the train, but you also decide where the tracks are being built.

  • A choice of medical, dental, and vision plans.

  • 401(k) plan with both pre-tax and Roth options
