About The Position

The Life Sales Agent sells AAA Life Insurance products to members through warm sales calls from a large membership database and conversations with members who visit branches. The agent identifies members’ financial needs, explains the importance and benefits of life insurance, and provides excellent customer service while supporting member retention. The role offers company-provided warm leads, paid training and licensing, and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions. Requirements

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer experience and good organizational skills.
• Self-motivation and commitment to building a profitable business.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to qualify for a Life Insurance License.
• Competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.
• Successful completion of a background check, credit check, and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• A college degree is a plus.
• Prior insurance industry experience is a plus, but is not required.

Responsibilities
