Insurance Agent Role – Work From Home
About The Position
The Delaney Agency is seeking coachable, disciplined individuals to work remotely as Life Insurance Sales Representatives. This is a fully online, 100% commission-based role serving families who have requested assistance with life insurance-backed products. Agents typically help 3–5 families per week and earn an average of $300–$500 per family served. Earnings are uncapped, and the agency provides a data-driven lead system so agents can focus on serving families rather than prospecting. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. Candidates who do not already hold a Life/Health Insurance License can receive resources and guidance to obtain one in as little as 7–10 days.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must have a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must have a computer and phone to service clients.
- Must have reliable internet access.
- Must be comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment.
- Should be disciplined and accountable, honest and confident in communication, and passionate about helping families make sound financial decisions.
- Must be comfortable with a 100% commission-based income.
