About The Position

The Delaney Agency is seeking individuals to work remotely as Life Insurance Sales Representatives. This work-from-home, fully online role is suited to disciplined, coachable people who can work independently in a performance-based environment and are comfortable with 100% commission-based income. Agents help families who have already requested assistance with life insurance-backed products, typically serving 3–5 families per week and earning an average of $300–$500 per family served. Earnings are uncapped.

The agency provides data-driven systems and warm, inbound leads so agents can focus on serving families rather than prospecting. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and must hold a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one. The agency offers resources and guidance to help eligible candidates obtain a Life/Health Insurance License in as little as 7–10 days. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events.
