About The Position
The Delaney Agency is seeking individuals to work remotely as Life Insurance Sales Representatives. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity for disciplined, coachable people motivated to help families who have requested assistance with life insurance-backed products. Agents typically help 3–5 families per week and earn an average of $300–$500 per family they serve. Earnings are uncapped, and the agency provides a data-driven lead system connecting agents with families actively seeking help. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. A life insurance license is required, though the agency provides resources and guidance to help candidates obtain one in as little as 7–10 days. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Have a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Have a computer and phone to service clients.
- Have a reliable internet connection.
- Be comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment.
- Be disciplined and accountable.
- Communicate honestly and confidently.
- Be passionate about helping families make sound financial decisions.
