Insurance Agent Role – Work From Home
About The Position
The Delaney Agency is seeking remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives to help families who have requested assistance with life insurance-backed products. This is a fully online, 100% commission-based role for disciplined, coachable individuals who are comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment. Agents typically help 3–5 families per week and earn an average of $300–$500 per family served. There is no cap on earnings, and the agency provides a data-driven lead system connecting agents with interested families. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. Candidates who do not already hold a Life/Health Insurance License may receive resources and guidance to obtain one in as little as 7–10 days.
Requirements
- Have a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Have a computer and phone to service clients.
- Have a reliable internet connection.
- Be comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment.
- Be a U.S. citizen.
