About The Position
Bridge Senior Living is hiring an energetic Life Engagement Director to join its leadership team. The role is responsible for implementing programs that promote residents’ physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. The director plans, promotes, implements, coordinates, and evaluates activities across all levels of care; supervises, schedules, and evaluates Activity Assistants during events; prepares and maintains monthly resident schedules and newsletters; and ensures residents receive timely, safe, secure, and dependable transportation services.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residency.
- A combination of education and/or experience working with seniors.
- Two to three years of experience in senior living as an Activities/Life Engagement Director.
Responsibilities
- Implement programs promoting residents’ physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
- Plan, promote, implement, coordinate, and evaluate activities across all levels of care.
- Supervise, schedule, and evaluate Activity Assistants during scheduled events.
- Develop, post, and maintain monthly schedules and newsletters for residents in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely, safe, secure, and dependable transportation services for residents.
