About The Position

The LifeCafe Staff member prepares menu items according to recipes and service-speed standards, provides exceptional customer service, and maintains a clean and sanitized environment. The role includes preparing food, shakes, beverages, and espresso drinks efficiently, answering members’ questions, and making suggestions about food and service. This posting specifies closer/weekend scheduling. This is an hourly position paying $17.25 to $21.50, based on experience and qualifications. CPR/AED certification is required within the first 30 days of hire.

Requirements

Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods.
Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Prepare food, shakes, and beverage orders efficiently.
Respond to members’ questions and make suggestions regarding food and service.
Maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Prepare espresso drink orders efficiently.
