About The Position

The LifeCafe Staff member prepares menu items according to recipes and speed-of-service standards, including food, shakes, beverages, and espresso drinks. The role delivers exceptional customer service by answering members’ questions and making suggestions about food and service. It also involves maintaining a clean and sanitized environment in a fast-paced, customer-focused cafe.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 pounds.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Execute food, shake, and beverage orders efficiently and according to speed-of-service standards.
• Respond to members’ questions and make suggestions regarding food and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Execute espresso drink orders efficiently.
