About The Position
The LifeCafe Staff executes menu items according to recipes and speed-of-service standards. The role delivers exceptional customer service and maintains a clean, sanitized environment in a fast-paced, customer-focused cafe.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods.
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food, shakes, and beverage orders efficiently.
- Answer members’ questions and make suggestions about food and service.
- Maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Prepare espresso drink orders efficiently.
