About The Position
The LifeCafe Staff member prepares menu items according to recipes and speed-of-service standards, provides exceptional customer service, and maintains a clean and sanitized environment. The role includes preparing food, shakes, beverages, and espresso drinks, as well as answering members’ questions and making suggestions about food and service.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods.
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food, shakes, and beverage orders quickly and efficiently.
- Respond to members’ questions and make suggestions regarding food and service.
- Maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Prepare espresso drink orders quickly and efficiently.
