About The Position

Bean Sprouts Café is hiring a Team Member for its café located inside Marbles Kids Museum. Team Members help provide a welcoming guest experience and support day-to-day café operations, including taking orders and payments, preparing food and beverages, and keeping the dining area and front of house clean and sanitized. Part-time positions are available on weekdays and/or weekends, with seasonal work also available over school breaks. The role may be a good opportunity for students.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and dedication to excellent customer service.
• Have a Food Handlers Permit, or be willing to obtain one with the company’s assistance.
• Be able to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds, and work standing for long periods, with or without accommodation.
• Successfully pass a criminal background screen to meet position eligibility.

• Food service or retail experience.
• Back-of-house or kitchen experience.
• An amazing attitude and passion for the Bean Sprouts culture and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests enthusiastically and provide an exceptional guest experience.
