About The Position
Bean Sprouts is seeking enthusiastic individuals with food service or retail experience, a positive attitude, and a passion for the Bean Sprouts culture and customer experience to join their team. This role involves greeting guests, taking orders, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean dining area. Bean Sprouts is a women-owned, award-winning café concept located inside family destinations, known for its hip and healthy food. The company is expanding and offers opportunities for advancement and leadership growth.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and dedication to excellent customer service.
- Have a Food Handlers Permit. If you don't have one yet, we will help you get one.
- Be able to reach, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds and work in a standing position for long periods of time with or without accommodation.
- Successful passage of a criminal background screen is required to meet position eligibility.
Nice To Haves
- Back of house/kitchen experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Greet guests enthusiastically and provide an exceptional guest experience
- Take orders, receive payments, and assist guests
- Prepare food and beverages
- Maintain a clean and sanitized dining area and front of house
- Any additional tasks needed to run the day-to-day café operations as assigned
