About The Position

The LifeCafe Staff member executes menu items according to recipes and speed-of-service standards, provides exceptional customer service, and maintains a clean and sanitized environment. The role includes preparing food, shakes, beverages, and espresso drinks efficiently; responding to members’ questions; and making suggestions about food and service. The position title indicates a closer/weekend schedule.

Requirements

Ability to remain in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods.
Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 pounds.
CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Prepare food, shakes, and beverage orders quickly and efficiently.
Respond to members’ questions and make suggestions regarding food and service.
Maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Prepare espresso drink orders quickly and efficiently.
