About The Position

The LifeCafe Staff member executes menu items according to recipes and speed-of-service standards, provides exceptional customer service, and maintains a clean and sanitized environment. The role includes preparing food, shakes, beverages, and espresso drinks efficiently, responding to members’ questions, and making suggestions about food and service. This position is listed for evenings and weekends.

The position pays $13.25 to $15.75 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. CPR/AED certification is required within the first 30 days of hire.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Execute food, shake, and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner.
• Respond to members’ questions and make suggestions regarding food and service.
• Maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Execute espresso drink orders in a fast and efficient manner.
