About The Position

AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Collections Attorney with experience managing construction liens to join one of its clients in the Memorial area. The ideal candidate will have at least between 1 and 7 years of experience managing a docket of litigation matters from inception to trial. This candidate will have experience managing a docket of matters in litigation with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 1+ years of litigation experience with a preferred background in collections
