About The Position

CAPITAL Services is hiring Onsite Collections Representatives and Bilingual Collections Representatives for its Collections team. The team works with customers to create collaborative payment solutions while providing exceptional service. Representatives assist with credit card payment inquiries, review account details, and work with customers to resolve payment-related concerns. The position includes four weeks of full-time, paid training with hands-on learning, self-paced modules, and mentorship. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with no weekends. The starting wage is $17.50 per hour, plus monthly performance incentives. Representatives fluent in Spanish receive a 15% differential, for a stated starting wage of $20.13 per hour. Work-from-home options may become available after nine months, contingent on meeting performance standards.

Requirements

For the bilingual role, fluency in Spanish is required to receive the stated bilingual differential.

Responsibilities
