Requirements

High School Diploma/GED and 10+ years of office experience.
Experience interpreting and processing business-related forms.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

Apply policies and procedures and SOX-related compliance policies.
Support internal and external audits and adhere to jurisdiction regulations for license applications and renewals.
Research state, county, and local licensing jurisdiction rules and regulations affecting company operations.
Complete and submit pharmacy, DEA, business, and other license applications accurately and timely.
Collaborate with various business units and corporate departments to understand specific requirements.
Interface with licensing jurisdictions to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Participate in meetings and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain License Automation System and other checklists.
