About The Position
BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate, skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses to provide personalized one-on-one care in patients’ homes throughout Spring, Tomball, Cypress, Magnolia, Pinehurst, and surrounding communities. The role combines clinical nursing expertise with patient relationships to help patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. LVNs provide individualized nursing services based on each patient’s needs, including assessing conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, and communicating changes in condition to support continuity of care. The position emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and building trust with patients and families. BrightStar Care describes itself as a Joint Commission Accredited organization committed to a higher standard of care and to supporting nurses’ growth. Assignments may be scheduled during the day, evening, overnight, and on weekends.
Requirements
- Active Texas Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Current in-person CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid Texas driver's license.
- Active auto insurance.
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray.
- At least one year of nursing experience in home health, a clinic, or another healthcare setting.
- Demonstrate compassion, integrity, professionalism, and commitment to exceptional patient-centered care.
