About The Position
BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to support clients in Magnolia, Pinehurst, and surrounding communities. The role provides personalized one-on-one assistance based on each client's needs, helping clients maintain independence, safety, and comfort at home. Assignments are typically 4 to 12 hours, with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of caregiving or healthcare experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid Texas driver's license.
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
- Demonstrate compassion, dependability, respect, professionalism, integrity, and commitment to high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance and companionship.
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
- Support client mobility and provide transportation.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Deliver personalized care that promotes clients' independence, safety, and comfort.
