About The Position

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc., part of Sonic Healthcare USA, is hiring a full-time Phlebotomist in Magnolia, Texas. The role provides patient care and customer-focused service through venipuncture for patients of all ages, collection and preparation of non-blood specimens, and accurate specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering. The position also supports safety, compliance, and quality control. The role has routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI), which must be kept strictly confidential and accessed only as needed to perform job duties. Employees receive training on safeguards and must follow applicable privacy and security standards. The schedule is Monday through Friday, plus every other Saturday and Sunday. Weekday hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday hours are 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. The position is benefit eligible and scheduled for 40 hours per week.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous phlebotomy training or experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing.
Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians.
