About The Position

Magnolia Square Apartments in Naples, Florida, is hiring a full-time Housekeeper. The Housekeeper provides cleaning and service for residents, guests, employees, and contractors, maintaining apartment homes and community amenity areas. The role also supports move-in and move-out activities, coordinates with vendors, and assists maintenance and management with preserving the property’s appearance and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, guests, employees, and contractors.
• Clean vacant apartments as needed.
• Clean amenity areas daily, including lobbies, lounges, offices, restrooms, the business center, fitness center, recreation room, corridors, breezeways, and stairways.
• Dust furniture; wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empty and clean wastebaskets and ashtrays.
• Sweep, mop, wax, and polish floors.
• Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Transport trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies and replace light bulbs.
• Assist maintenance and management with maintaining curb appeal.
• Coordinate housekeeping responsibilities during move-outs and move-ins, assisting contractors and vendors as appropriate.
• Serve as a contact for vendors to ensure apartment appliances and equipment are clean and in working order.
• Assist with organizing and preparing apartment keys.
