About The Position

BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to support clients in their homes throughout Spring, Tomball, Cypress, and surrounding communities. The role provides personalized, one-on-one support based on each client’s needs, helping them maintain independence, safety, and comfort while building meaningful relationships.

Caregivers may assist with personal care, companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility, transportation, and light housekeeping. Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are available, with assignments typically ranging from 4 to 12 hours. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of caregiving or healthcare experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance.
• Recent TB test or chest X-ray.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
• Demonstrate compassion, dependability, and respect.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care with professionalism and integrity.
