About The Position
BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate, skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses to provide personalized one-on-one care in patients’ homes throughout The Woodlands, Texas, and surrounding communities. The role combines clinical nursing with meaningful patient relationships and supports patients in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Nurses provide individualized services tailored to each patient and help improve quality of life while reassuring patients and their loved ones. The organization offers day, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments, with flexible scheduling. Requirements
- Active Texas LVN license.
- Current in-person CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid Texas driver's license.
- Active auto insurance.
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray.
- At least one year of nursing experience in home health, a clinic, or another healthcare setting.
- Demonstrate compassion, integrity, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
