About The Position
The Licensed Vocational Nurse provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role follows the plan of care, provides treatments, and works collaboratively with team members to help achieve positive patient care outcomes. Requirements
- Current, unencumbered Licensed Vocational Nurse license to practice professional nursing in the state of employment.
- Two years of recent nursing experience.
- Valid CPR certification obtained in person with a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test.
- Comply with accepted professional standards and practice.
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Have access to reliable transportation.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree in Vocational/Practical Nursing from an accredited program.
- Community/home health or medical/surgical experience.
