About The Position
BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide personalized one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes throughout Cleveland, Beaumont, and surrounding communities. The role supports patients in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent at home while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. LVNs provide individualized services based on each patient’s needs, including assessing conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring progress, educating patients and families, and communicating changes in condition to support continuity of care. Requirements
- Active Texas LVN license.
- Current in-person CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid Texas driver’s license.
- Active auto insurance.
- Recent TB test or chest X-ray.
- At least one year of nursing experience in home health, a clinic, or another healthcare setting.
- Demonstrate compassion, integrity, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
