About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking a fully licensed therapist to join its clinical team in the Mishawaka, Indiana area. The role provides outpatient mental healthcare to adults and/or children and adolescents, with care delivered in person and through telemedicine. This is a hybrid role with flexible scheduling and autonomy over the clinician’s caseload. The position includes administrative support, digital tools, and collaboration with a collegial clinical team.

Requirements

• Hold a full Indiana license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Be fully licensed; dependently licensed clinicians cannot be accommodated.
• Have experience working with adults and/or children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental healthcare to patients.
• Work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Deliver care in person and through telemedicine as part of a hybrid role.
