Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a fully licensed therapist to provide outpatient mental healthcare to patients in the Zionsville, Indiana area. The role offers a hybrid arrangement with both telemedicine and in-person care, flexible scheduling, and autonomy over the clinician’s caseload. Therapists work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations as part of a clinical team, with modern offices, digital tools, and administrative support. The compensation model is productivity-based, with compensation of $84,000–$107,001 per year and an annual cash bonus incentive. A sign-on bonus is also offered.
Requirements
- Hold a full license in Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Dependently licensed clinicians are not accommodated at this time.
