Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) $5k+ Signing Bonus!
About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a fully licensed therapist to join its growing clinical team in the South Bend, Indiana market and support the launch of a new office. The position provides outpatient mental healthcare to patients, with care delivered in person and through telemedicine. It is a hybrid role with flexible scheduling and autonomy over caseload. Therapists work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations and receive administrative support, digital tools, and the opportunity to collaborate with a collegial team. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $84,000–$107,001 per year, no cap, an annual cash bonus incentive, and a signing bonus of $5,000 or more. The role is a W-2 position.
Requirements
- Be fully licensed in Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Have experience working with adults, children, and/or adolescents.
