About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking fully licensed therapists in the Brownsburg, Indiana area who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The role provides outpatient mental healthcare to adults and/or children and adolescents, with in-person and telemedicine care options. It is a hybrid role, with flexible scheduling and autonomy over caseload. The position is a W2 role with compensation based on productivity, listed at $84,000–$107,000 per year, plus an annual cash bonus incentive and a sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Hold full licensure in Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Dependently licensed clinicians cannot be accommodated at this time.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Deliver care in person and through telemedicine.
