About The Position

LifeStance Health is seeking a fully licensed therapist in Greenwood, Indiana, to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children and adolescents and/or adults. The position offers hybrid care, combining in-person clinic visits with telemedicine. Therapists have autonomy to create their schedules and manage their caseloads, with administrative support and digital tools. Compensation is productivity-based, with no cap, and includes an annual cash bonus incentive. The role is a W-2 position within a collegial clinical team.

Requirements

• Hold an active, full license in Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Dependently licensed clinicians cannot be accommodated at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental healthcare to patients, including children and adolescents and/or adults.
• Manage a clinical caseload with autonomy.
• Deliver care in person and through telemedicine.
