Child and Adolescent Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a fully licensed therapist to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and/or adults in Ft. Harrison, Indiana. The role is hybrid, with care provided in person and through telemedicine. Therapists have autonomy to create their schedules and manage their caseloads, with administrative support and digital tools. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated annual range of $84,000–$107,000 and an annual cash bonus incentive. The position is a W-2 role. LifeStance Health provides outpatient mental healthcare services for children, adolescents, and adults through clinics and telemedicine.
Requirements
- Hold full licensure in Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Dependently licensed clinicians cannot be accommodated.
Responsibilities
