About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a fully licensed therapist to provide outpatient mental healthcare in the Fishers, Indiana area. The role serves adults and/or children and adolescents and offers both in-person and telemedicine care in a hybrid arrangement. Therapists have autonomy to create their schedules and manage their caseloads, with administrative support, digital tools, and a collegial team. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated range of $84,000–$107,001 per year and an annual cash bonus incentive. A sign-on bonus is also offered.
Requirements
- Hold an active, full license in Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Dependently licensed clinicians cannot be accommodated.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to patients in person and through telemedicine.
