Child and Adolescent Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a fully licensed therapist to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children and adolescents in Zionsville, Indiana. The role is hybrid, with telemedicine and in-person care options, and offers autonomy to create a flexible schedule and manage a caseload. Therapists are supported by modern offices, digital tools, administrative support, and a collegial clinical team. Compensation is productivity-based, with a stated annual range of $84,000–$107,000 and an annual cash bonus incentive. A sign-on bonus is also offered. This is a W-2 position. The role has no nights, weekends, or hospital calls.
Requirements
- Hold an active, full license in Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Dependently licensed clinicians cannot be accommodated at this time.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to patients, including children and adolescents.
- Manage a clinical caseload with autonomy over scheduling.
- Provide care in person and through telemedicine.
