About The Position
Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed clinicians living in Mississippi to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Jackson, MS. The role serves a variety of clients, including couples and children, and requires availability for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly. Clinicians are expected to help clients make measurable progress, use modern clinical technology such as telehealth and EHR tools, and contribute positively to a clinical community. Thriveworks provides administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, along with paid orientation and training. The company states that clinicians can build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Scheduling is flexible across seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Compensation is up to $100,300, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for employer-sponsored benefits.
Requirements
- Be independently licensed and live in Mississippi; accepted licenses include LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD (Licensed Psychologist).
- Be available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly.
- Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Be invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
- Be confident using modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
- Be a positive contributor and teammate.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; the position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
