About The Position

Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. The role includes a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions and serves a variety of clients, including couples and children. Clinicians are expected to be available for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly, and to support clients in achieving measurable progress.

Thriveworks provides administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing so clinicians can focus on care. The company offers paid orientation and training, and states that clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Clinicians receive live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and access to an online and in-person community of more than 2,700 licensed providers.

Requirements

• Hold an independent clinical license and live in Mississippi; listed licenses include LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD (Licensed Psychologist).
• Be available for a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly.
• Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Be invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Be confident using modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Contribute positively as a teammate and member of the clinical community.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
