About The Position

Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in Flowood, Mississippi, through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Clinicians serve a range of clients, including couples and children, and are expected to support measurable client progress. The role suits behavioral health generalists who are comfortable using telehealth and electronic health record tools and who contribute positively to a clinical team. Clinicians must be consistently available for at least 25 sessions, with 30 hours of availability each week. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Thriveworks provides credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, as well as paid orientation and training. The company says clinicians can build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Compensation is up to $100,300, depending on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. This is a W-2 position. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Requirements

Hold independent licensure and reside in Mississippi; accepted credentials include LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PhD as a Licensed Psychologist.
Be consistently available for at least 25 sessions and 30 hours per week.
Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
Be invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
Be confident using clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; visa sponsorship is not available.
