Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients in Anchorage, Alaska, through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. The role is for behavioral health generalists who are open to treating a range of clients, including couples and children, and are committed to helping clients make measurable progress. Clinicians must be consistently available for at least 25 sessions and offer 30 hours of availability per week. The position may qualify for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30 or more hours of availability weekly. Thriveworks provides administrative support, including credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, so clinicians can focus on client care. The company offers paid orientation and training, and says clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Scheduling is flexible, with availability seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern Time. Clinicians also have access to live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and an online and in-person community of more than 2,700 licensed providers. Compensation is up to $112,200, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. This is a W-2 employee position. Full-time clinicians are eligible for employer-sponsored benefits, including health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other benefits. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
