Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee for Service
About The Position
Thriveworks is hiring independently licensed clinicians in Florida to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Jacksonville. The role serves a broad range of clients, including couples and children, and involves maintaining a consistent availability of at least 30 hours per week to support a minimum of 25 sessions. Clinicians are expected to help clients make measurable progress, use modern clinical technology, and contribute positively to a clinical community. Thriveworks provides administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing so clinicians can focus on care. The company provides paid orientation and training and anticipates clinicians will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Scheduling is flexible across seven days a week, between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. ET. Compensation is up to $95,700, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. The position is a W-2 employee role; full-time clinicians are eligible for employer-sponsored benefits.
Requirements
- Hold an independent Florida license as an LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist.
- Be consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
- Be open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
- Be invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
- Be confident working with telehealth and EHR tools.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire; visa sponsorship is not available.
