About The Position

Hair Cuttery is hiring licensed hair stylists to provide salon services and grow their earnings through service and retail commissions and tips. Stylists receive walk-in guest opportunities, marketing support, tools, technology, and training. Compensation is performance-based and meets wage law requirements. Top stylists working 30 or more hours with strong guest loyalty are reported to earn an average of $45 to $88 or more per hour, plus tips, and annual earnings of $100,000 or more are described as within reach. The role offers an eight-level career ladder, 12 price levels, and commission opportunities of up to 75%. Hair Cuttery Family of Brands operates more than 500 salons and has openings in DE, FL, IL, IN, MD, NJ, NC, PA, VA, and WV.

Requirements

• Hold a valid state-specific cosmetology or barber license.
• Be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
• Be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays for peak earning potential.
• Have skills in cuts, fades, color, and guest consultation.
• Be able to perform the essential job functions satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
