About The Position

Hair Cuttery is hiring licensed hair stylists to provide salon services and build their earnings and career through service and retail commissions and tips. Stylists can serve walk-in guests, receive marketing support to drive guest traffic, and grow their commission through an eight-level career ladder and 12 price levels. Top stylists working 30 or more hours with strong guest loyalty earn an average of $45 to $88 or more per hour, plus tips; annual earnings of $100,000 or more are described as within reach. Compensation is based on performance and meets wage law requirements. The role requires a valid state-specific cosmetology or barber license, U.S. work authorization, and skill in cuts, fades, color, and consultations.
