About The Position
Hair Cuttery is hiring licensed hair stylists to provide salon services and build their earnings and careers. Stylists can earn service and retail commissions and tips, with commission rates of up to 75%. The company offers an eight-level career ladder, 12 price levels, guest traffic and marketing support, and walk-in clientele. Top stylists working 30 or more hours with strong guest loyalty are reported to earn an average of $45 to $88 or more per hour, plus tips; annual earnings of $100,000 or more are described as possible. Compensation is performance-based and meets wage law requirements. The role requires a valid state-specific cosmetology or barber license and authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. Candidates should be skilled in haircuts, fades, color, and consultations. Night, weekend, and holiday flexibility is associated with peak earning potential. A personal book of clients is beneficial but not required, as the company offers support to grow clientele. Requirements
