About The Position
Hair Cuttery is hiring licensed hair stylists to provide salon services and build guest loyalty and earnings through service and retail commissions and tips. Stylists receive walk-in guest opportunities, marketing support, training, technology, and career-growth options, including an eight-level career ladder and 12 price levels. Top stylists working 30 or more hours with strong guest loyalty earn an average of $45 to $88 or more per hour, plus tips; earnings of $100,000 or more per year are described as within reach. Compensation is performance-based and meets wage-law requirements. Hair Cuttery Family of Brands operates more than 500 salons. Openings are listed in Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Requirements
- Valid state-specific cosmetology or barber license.
- Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Skills in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
