Licensed Salon Hair Stylist
About The Position
Hair Cuttery is hiring licensed salon hair stylists to provide salon services and build guest relationships. Stylists can earn service and retail commissions and tips, with compensation based on performance. Top stylists working 30 or more hours with strong guest loyalty earn an average of $45 to $88 or more per hour, plus tips; the posting states that earning $100,000 or more per year is within reach. Stylists may earn up to 75% commission and advance through an eight-level career ladder and 12 price levels as demand grows. Hair Cuttery provides walk-in guests, marketing support, tools, technology, and training to support stylists’ growth.
Requirements
- Hold a valid state-specific cosmetology or barber license.
- Be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
- Be skilled in haircuts, fades, color, and consultations.
- Have flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
