About The Position

Join Orchard Brokerage as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and grow your business with high-quality seller appointments, client products, and support for you and your clients. Orchard offers scheduled appointments with motivated home sellers through its Orchard Max program, performance-based commission splits, marketing support, coaching and mentorship, transaction coordination, pricing tools, and a supportive agent community. Agents can also access multiple revenue streams and Orchard products and services designed to help clients buy or sell homes and complete transactions. This is a commission-only position with no cap on earnings. Orchard states that the average full-time real estate agent earns $75,000–$200,000 or more per year. The role is for an agent with an active, unrestricted Florida real estate license who is located in the greater Fort Lauderdale area and has recent residential transaction experience.

Requirements

Active and unrestricted Florida real estate license.
Located in the greater Fort Lauderdale area.
At least 4 closed residential real estate transactions in the last twelve months.
Strong sales skills, including the ability to handle objections, build rapport quickly, and align expectations with customers.
Analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to business metrics.
Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and adaptability to help customers on their schedule.
Ability to use technology effectively and learn new systems quickly.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Drive for results, collaboration skills, and humility.

Responsibilities

Represent and assist real estate customers through residential transactions.
Use Orchard products and services to help customers buy or sell homes and complete transactions.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience and adapt to customers’ schedules.
Build rapport with customers, handle objections, and align expectations.
Use technology and learn new systems to manage business activities.
Track business metrics and hold yourself accountable for results.
Communicate with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
