Requirements

• Possess a real estate license.
• Have some residential real estate transaction experience with at least 4+ closed transactions in the last twelve months.
• Possess strong sales skills including the ability to handle objections effectively, build rapport quickly, and align on expectations with customers.
• Have an analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to hitting metrics in your business.
• Demonstrate passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Be adaptable to help customers on their schedule.
• Be able to use technology effectively in your business and learn new systems quickly.
• Possess strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral.
• Exhibit a drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility.
