About The Position

Join Orchard Brokerage as a licensed real estate agent and grow your business with seller appointments, client products, coaching, and operational support. The role provides access to scheduled appointments with motivated home sellers through Orchard Max, performance-based commission splits, marketing support, transaction coordination, pricing tools, and multiple potential revenue streams. Agents can also access Orchard’s Cash Offer Marketplace and products including Orchard Move First, Orchard Concierge, and Orchard Cash Offer + Upside, as well as Orchard Mortgage and Orchard Title services. Requirements

Active and unrestricted Florida real estate license.
Located in the Greater West Palm Beach/Ft Pierce area.
Some residential real estate transaction experience, with at least 4 closed transactions in the last twelve months.
Strong sales skills, including the ability to handle objections effectively, build rapport quickly, and align expectations with customers.
Analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to hitting business metrics.
Passion for outstanding customer experience and adaptability to help customers on their schedule.
Ability to use technology effectively and learn new systems quickly.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Drive for results, collaboration skills, and humility.
