About The Position

Join Orchard Brokerage to grow your real estate business with seller appointments, client products, and support for you and your clients. Agents can access Orchard Max, which provides scheduled appointments with motivated home sellers, with no cold calling and higher commission splits as production increases. Additional earning opportunities include revenue-share incentives and the option to become a certified Orchard Mentor. Compensation is commission-only, with no earnings cap; the posting states that the average full-time real estate agent earns $75,000–$200,000 or more per year. Requirements

Active and unrestricted Florida real estate license.
Located in the greater Fort Myers/Naples area.
Some residential real estate transaction experience, with at least 4 closed transactions in the last twelve months.
Strong sales skills, including the ability to handle objections effectively, build rapport quickly, and align expectations with customers.
Analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to business metrics.
Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and adaptability to help customers on their schedule.
Ability to use technology effectively and learn new systems quickly.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Drive for results, collaboration skills, and humility.
