Requirements

Active and unrestricted Florida real estate license.
Located in the greater Jacksonville area.
Some residential real estate transaction experience with at least 4+ closed transactions in the last twelve months.
Strong sales skills including the ability to handle objections effectively, build rapport quickly, and align on expectations with customers.
An analytical mindset and ability to hold yourself accountable to hitting metrics in your business.
Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
An ability to use technology effectively in your business and learn new systems quickly.
Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral.
A drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility.
